Manager

• Writing & Content Development: Draft speeches, strategy documents, research and policy memos, op-eds, social posts, and comms plans on a range of policy issues, as well as litigation communications materials on complex legal and regulatory matters. Must be able to write cleanly and quickly, analyze and distill complex topics, and meet deadlines.
• Strategy Development: Devise or contribute to the development of communications plans, policy proposals and engagement strategies to help clients break **through** the noise and achieve their goals. Must have a strong grasp of the political, policy, and media landscape and be able to think creatively and communicate clearly.
• Client Relations & Project Management: Contribute to multiple client teams, cultivating external relationships and coordinating internal workflow. This includes supporting senior team members with day-to-day client work and tracking deliverables from conception to execution. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Substantive Depth: Closely follow public policy developments, political news, and industry trends, and master new issue areas quickly.
