About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help lead the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of investments for affordable and attainable housing.
- Drive new deal flow through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and direct owner engagement.
- Maintain a pipeline of attainable housing opportunities.
- Lead underwriting of potential investments including financial modeling and market analysis.
- Monitor and manage portfolio investments including performance tracking and reporting.
- Support capital raising and prepare investment materials for individual deals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, development, or finance.
- Experience with market rate housing or affordable housing financing structure is a plus.
