About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help lead the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of investments for affordable and attainable housing.
  • Drive new deal flow through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and direct owner engagement.
  • Maintain a pipeline of attainable housing opportunities.
  • Lead underwriting of potential investments including financial modeling and market analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, development, or finance.
  • Experience with market rate housing or affordable housing financing structure is a plus.
