About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain financial models for prospective acquisitions and new development opportunities.
- Evaluate property-level performance, feasibility, and investment risk.
- Structure deal terms including capital stack options (debt/equity).

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate finance, banking, or investment.
- Experience with affordable housing finance (e.g., LIHTC, Section 8, HUD) strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Familiarity with data science tools (e.g., R, Python) for data manipulation and visualization.
- Ability to read and interpret construction budgets, appraisals, and technical documentation.
