About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM instance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the CRM and integrated sales tools
  • Review tickets, track down the root cause of problems
  • Create and optimize reports and dashboards
  • Export information and build reporting and charts in excel
  • Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team across all sales tools
  • Use Clay and other tools to build and enrich prospect lists
  • Collaborate and communicate with leadership to identify process improvements
  • Clean and maintain data across our systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of sales operations experience
  • Have been a CRM admin in Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Data Literacy - Comfortable with excel, CRM reporting, building dashboards
  • Sales Background or Extensive Sales Knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with data manipulation, management, analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
