About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM instance
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the CRM and integrated sales tools
- Review tickets, track down the root cause of problems
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards
- Export information and build reporting and charts in excel
- Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team across all sales tools
- Use Clay and other tools to build and enrich prospect lists
- Collaborate and communicate with leadership to identify process improvements
- Clean and maintain data across our systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of sales operations experience
- Have been a CRM admin in Hubspot or Salesforce
- Data Literacy - Comfortable with excel, CRM reporting, building dashboards
- Sales Background or Extensive Sales Knowledge
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with data manipulation, management, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
