About the role

  • Project management and client administration: You keep an overview in your department, use our project management system to prioritize clients correctly, and ensure all projects are completed on time and successfully.
  • Creation of high-converting copy: You write outstanding advertising copy for client projects based on the marketing strategies we develop.
  • Complete email marketing setup: You handle the technical setup of our clients’ entire email marketing, including connecting domains, websites, and tools.
  • System maintenance & configuration: You regularly check our systems, test email sequences, and ensure everything runs smoothly from a technical standpoint.
  • Independent client contact: You are the first point of contact for our clients. When issues arise, you step in—finding solutions and helping to make processes more efficient.
  • Documentation & process reliability: You document setups and workflows so our technical knowledge is preserved in an organized way for the long term.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience with email marketing or direct-mail content.
  • You are familiar with email marketing tools and can create presentations for a video pitch.
  • You are extremely organized and structured, able to manage a double-digit number of client projects simultaneously.
  • You work independently and reliably and are able to maintain your project management cleanly.
  • You enjoy client contact and can find a solution for any of their questions or problems.
  • Bonus (not required): Experience with no-code tools or automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
