About the role

  • You maintain oversight of your department, use our project management system to correctly prioritize clients, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and successfully.
  • You write outstanding advertising copy for client projects based on the marketing strategies we have developed.
  • You set up the entire technical side of our clients' email marketing and handle the integration of domains, websites and tools.
  • You regularly check our systems, test email sequences, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from a technical standpoint.
  • You are the primary point of contact for our clients. When issues arise, you step in — you find solutions and help make processes more efficient.
  • You document setups and workflows so our technical knowledge remains structured and preserved over the long term.

Requirements

  • You have experience with email marketing or direct-mail content.
  • You are familiar with email marketing tools and can create presentations for video pitches.
  • You are highly organized and structured, enabling you to manage a double-digit number of client projects simultaneously.
  • You work independently and reliably and are able to maintain your project management cleanly and accurately.
  • You enjoy client contact and can find solutions to all their questions or problems.
  • Bonus (not required): Experience with no-code tools or automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • You have experience working with different industries and target audiences.
