About the role
- Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across portfolio companies.
- Manage HR administration, coordinate payroll, and provide accurate data and reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for day to day employee queries, ensuring timely and compliant HR support.
- Ensure documentation is audit ready and compliant with legal and internal requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar operation HR role preferred.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills to engage with employee and stakeholders across all levels.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, solution oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
