About the role

  • Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across portfolio companies.
  • Manage HR administration, coordinate payroll, and provide accurate data and reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for day to day employee queries, ensuring timely and compliant HR support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar operation HR role preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with employee and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, solution oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
