About the role

  • Design, planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across the customer journey
  • Development and implementation of measures for lead generation and qualification in collaboration with our sales team
  • Planning and creation of content for all relevant channels (website, social media, presentations, trade shows, …)
  • Management of our website including ongoing development, maintenance and performance monitoring
  • Trade show and event planning (online and offline) – from preparation and execution to follow-up
  • Use and further development of the CRM system for structured lead management, campaign control and performance measurement
  • Management of external agencies and partners
  • Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs for continuous optimization of activities
  • Building and further developing our brand and employer branding

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on marketing or a comparable field
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Generalist marketing knowledge with experience across the customer journey – from content and campaigns to lead generation and performance analysis
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Independent, structured working style and a drive to move things forward
  • High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, team spirit and enjoyment in marketing complex products in a clear way
