Download and electronically file PDF invoices that are sent to Evereve through different channels
Communicate with external partners to resolve missing and/or inaccurate invoices
Three-way match the data between purchase orders, inventory received, and vendor invoices
Research discrepancies in EVEREVE’s ERP system
Communicate with internal partners to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Enter freight billing to ensure proper allocation to payables
Mailing checks to vendors weekly
Matching utility remittances to payments
Filing payments to vendors
Assist with Special projects as they arise
Responsibilities may shift as business needs change

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
With a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal forms to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Self-directed, driven and ready to take ownership and initiative
Developed organizational, time management, and communication skills while making sure deadlines are consistently met in fast paced environment.
Ability to easily adapts to evolving systems and changing workflows.
