About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Global Chief Actuary and business leadership to define and execute pricing vision
- Lead the transformation of the pricing organization into an analytics-driven function
- Champion adoption of advanced technologies to enhance underwriting performance
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Serve as a key member of the Global Actuarial Leadership Team
- Develop and oversee global pricing strategies
- Monitor pricing adequacy through reviews and analytics
- Drive profitability studies and business performance reviews
- Establish a roadmap for integrating AI into pricing
- Oversee design, development, validation, deployment of pricing models
- Establish global pricing governance standards and frameworks
- Lead and develop high-performing global pricing and analytics organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 15 years of actuarial pricing and leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of modern analytical technologies and programming languages, including Python, SQL, R, and cloud-based analytical environments
- Experience implementing AI, machine learning, and advanced analytical solutions within insurance organizations preferred
