Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Global Chief Actuary and business leadership to define and execute pricing vision
Lead the transformation of the pricing organization into an analytics-driven function
Champion adoption of advanced technologies to enhance underwriting performance
Establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Serve as a key member of the Global Actuarial Leadership Team
Develop and oversee global pricing strategies
Monitor pricing adequacy through reviews and analytics
Drive profitability studies and business performance reviews
Establish a roadmap for integrating AI into pricing
Oversee design, development, validation, deployment of pricing models
Establish global pricing governance standards and frameworks
Lead and develop high-performing global pricing and analytics organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
Minimum 15 years of actuarial pricing and leadership experience
Demonstrated experience leading global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong knowledge of modern analytical technologies and programming languages, including Python, SQL, R, and cloud-based analytical environments
Experience implementing AI, machine learning, and advanced analytical solutions within insurance organizations preferred
