About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development of the new Everest’s Reinsurance pricing tool
Propose UI designs, actuarial methodologies, platform architecture
Gather and respond to user feedback from pricing tool users, actuaries, and underwriters
Program pricing tool features
Collaborate with IT and other internal teams on the pricing tool build
Support business-as-usual pricing tool operation
Help represent the wishes of international users in wider discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in developing reinsurance pricing tools
5 years relevant experience
Strong interest in software development, with experience in Python, VBA/Excel, SQL, web application development
Qualified actuary or actuarial experience, or actively working toward actuarial qualifications
