About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain control structures to ensure data accuracy and quality across upstream and downstream systems
Conduct data integrity gap analyses and partner with business and IT teams to resolve discrepancies
Prepare monthly and quarterly claims analytics reports for leadership
Analyze key performance indicators and support data‑driven decision‑making across the Claims organization
Support fraud detection, subrogation analysis, medical management reviews, and legal analytics
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored data solutions
Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling format

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or experience in data mining (preferred)
Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data quality principles
Proficient in SQL, BI platforms, Python, and R
Intermediate proficiency in VBA
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking, time management, and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Experience documenting functional requirements and working with cross‑functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
