Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Underwriting and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to support the ongoing expansion of A&H product offerings and pricing capabilities
Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and experience analyses to monitor performance and identify emerging trends
Support the annual A&H planning process including ELR picks
Lead pricing for new and renewal business in collaboration with Underwriting
Develop, enhance, and maintain A&H pricing models and tools
Partner with A&H management to evaluate new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
Prepare and maintain actuarial databases to support pricing and reporting needs
Work with external consultants on filing-related matters as needed
Manage and mentor two direct reports
