About the role
- Support global broker team operations and strengthen broker relationships
- Own quarterly reporting and create executive-level presentations
- Coordinate high-level broker and carrier meetings and manage meeting materials
- Maintain internal information and support core financial workflows
- Manage Microsoft Teams channel and collaboration materials
- Track invoices, broker payment records, service agreements, and incentive compensation arrangements
- Collect and analyze broker survey data and report broker sentiment
- Coordinate bi-weekly carrier relationship meetings and capture follow-up actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience within the insurance industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or business operations role—preferably within a global or broker-focused team
- Underwriting or underwriting support experience a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and Microsoft Teams
- Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools or document management systems a plus
- Familiarity with brokerage, insurance, or professional services industries is highly desirable
