• Advance reporting and data transformation to improve Everest’s approach to HR management.
• By supporting management through reporting on metrics important to both HR and the business, while driving enhancements in technology enablement and data reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards for executive reporting, including CEO-level insights.
• Translate metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling to help guide decision-making regarding Everest’s talent and organizational practices.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure data consistency, governance, and integration across systems.
• Analyze trends in compensation, attrition, talent, and organizational health to inform business decisions.
• Support succession planning, job architecture alignment, and organizational design through scenario modeling.
• Partnering with finance models and Workday reports to support real-time planning and analytics.
• Enable HR teams with self-service analytics and reduce manual reporting through automation and scalable tools.
