About the role

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for SFCC (SFRA) applications.
  • Validate end-to-end e-commerce workflows such as product catalog, search, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, and order management.
  • Test integrations with third-party systems including payment gateways, tax, shipping, OMS, and CRM.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
  • Execute API testing for SFCC integrations using tools like Postman or similar.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and production support activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SFCC testing
  • Strong understanding of SFRA architecture and e-commerce concepts
  • Experience in manual testing for retail/e-commerce applications
  • Knowledge of order lifecycle, promotions, pricing, and payment processing
  • Experience with API testing and backend validation
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
