About the role
- Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM Hub solutions
- Participate in end-to-end MDM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Design and configure MDM data models (Base Object, XREF, Staging tables)
- Develop and configure match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and trust frameworks
- Implement data quality, standardization, and validation rules
- Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS
- Configure MDM workflows, business rules, and exception handling
- Perform data loads, delta processing, and reconciliation
- Provide production support, performance tuning, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and downstream teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub)
- Proven experience in MDM implementation projects (Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location domains)
- Experience in data modeling and schema design
- Expertise in match–merge, survivorship, and trust rules
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or IICS
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of data governance and data quality concepts
- Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments
