About the role
- Lead solution design and configuration for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) implementations
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into MAWM functional designs
- Configure MAWM functionalities including: Inbound (ASN, receiving, putaway), Outbound (order management, picking, packing, shipping), Inventory management (cycle count, adjustments, replenishment), Wave management and task management
- Support integration design with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, TMS, OMS, automation systems)
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and configuration workbooks
- Provide post-go-live support, issue analysis, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT services
- Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
- Proven expertise in configuration and solution design (not just support)
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
- Experience working on MAWM implementation or migration projects
- Knowledge of Manhattan Active architecture, microservices, and cloud-based deployment
- Experience with integrations using APIs, message queues, or middleware
