Salesforce Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our Ops Strategists in delivering on Salesforce implementations or change management projects
- Manage inbound support tickets for both system enhancements and issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders on developing sustainable and scalable business processes
- Develop Salesforce administrative best practices and frameworks for implementing and maintaining them across the portfolio
- Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories: CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.) Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.) Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Salesforce administration
- 3+ years of administrative experience across enterprise platforms
- Comfortable managing long term projects alongside day-to-day output
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with a shared team goal
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary.
