About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a crucial role in supporting EverCommerce Payment’s integrated partners
  • Manage and execute fraud authorization testing cases
  • Handle escalated partner cases and resolve complex technical issues
  • Act as a role model and mentor within the Customer Care team
  • Participate in new hire and ongoing trainings by creating training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced technical and operational assistance in payment processing
  • Expertise in API integration, fraud management, and system troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage Tier 3 cases with a maximum of 72-hour SLA
  • Knowledge of EverCommerce Payments policies and procedures
  • Proactive in identifying team knowledge gaps and suggesting improvements
  • Monitor and actively respond to partner queries in Microsoft Teams
