Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Manage paid media campaigns, get up to speed on existing setups and then own campaigns
Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
Create and optimize ad copy for search advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts
Utilize latest technologies and ROI tracking tactics to improve campaign performance
Teach and train junior resources, share knowledge, and join client calls as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or any related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English
Experience with generating leads in an agency environment is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is a plus
Experience with search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and social media advertising is a plus
A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
Role may require travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North America offices
