Collaborate with EverHealth cross-functional teams to document operational inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives
Support the development and upkeep of internal reporting and dashboards
Gather and define requirements for small initiatives by drafting user stories
Champion AI-enabled analysis and automation
Track key metrics and project status; synthesize updates for stakeholders
Conduct structured research and analysis and share recommendations

Requirements

Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, healthcare management, computer science, or a related field
Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
Exposure to or interest in SQL and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Interest in healthcare operations and B2B SaaS
High level of attention to detail/accuracy
Positive attitude and creativity
Effective communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for intern kickoff week
