About the role
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs across paid media, email, events, and additional channels
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention
- Lead marketing attribution efforts and build models to understand channel impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance
- Present findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight
- Stay current on analytics tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into compelling stories
- Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis
- Prior work in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startups
