💰 $110,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for document management
  • Work closely with design and engineering to discover and deliver solutions that measurably reduce manual document handling; translating requirements into user stories and collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment
  • Apply automation and AI to classify and summarize documents, file them to the correct patient record, and trigger downstream workflows such as tasking, routing, and provider sign-off
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible across products
  • Define clear success metrics and hold yourself accountable for results

Requirements

  • Five or more years of product management experience
  • Proven ability to own a complex, workflow-driven product area and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Experience with healthcare workflows or EHRs preferred
  • Track record of shipping practical solutions that teams and customers actually adopt
  • Basic foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs preferred
