About the role
- Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for document management
- Work closely with design and engineering to discover and deliver solutions that measurably reduce manual document handling; translating requirements into user stories and collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Apply automation and AI to classify and summarize documents, file them to the correct patient record, and trigger downstream workflows such as tasking, routing, and provider sign-off
- Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible across products
- Define clear success metrics and hold yourself accountable for results
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience
- Proven ability to own a complex, workflow-driven product area and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience with healthcare workflows or EHRs preferred
- Track record of shipping practical solutions that teams and customers actually adopt
- Basic foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs preferred
