About the role
- Implementation of Manitou Cloud Solutions and Services.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address complex technical issues and provide guidance to your team in troubleshooting and resolving system-related problems.
- Diagnosis, research and analyze client issues and requests.
- Assist with systems troubleshooting via both phone and email.
- Backup Administration and disaster recovery support.
- Domain and user administration.
- Firewall and network administration for physical and virtual networks.
- Software and systems implementation of new projects
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT teams, support personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to gather requirements and address concerns.
- IT Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with business goals and future growth.
Requirements
- Experience working in a datacenter environment
- 2 – 4 Years Experience with SQL Server Administration
- 1 - 2 Years Experience with VMware
- 2 – 4 Years Experience with AWS
- 1 - 2 years Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- 2 – 4 Years Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of system security, cloud computing, virtualization, and networking.
- Strong written, verbal, and organization skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows networking
- Proficiency with Windows Server 16/19/22 and Windows 10/11
- Superior time management and prioritization skills
