About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams to assess operational inefficiencies and opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of internal and external reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
  • Support EverCommerce / EverHealth Operational Framework.
  • Define requirements, develop roadmaps, and oversee planning and execution of multiple initiatives.
  • Communicate healthcare operational insights and results to leadership and stakeholders using data-driven visual presentations.
  • Analyze business needs, document business case / requirements, and translate needs into functional specifications.
  • Establish, define, track, and analyze KPIs across project initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare management or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of employees, ranging from senior executives to other functional employees.
  • Proven experience managing and leading multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office; Experience in CRM and Project Management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, etc.
  • PMP or similar certification is highly desirable with a focus on healthcare project management.
  • Data modeling, healthcare analytics, or programming experience (SQL, BI visualization tools, etc.), a plus.
