About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, performance expectations, and ideal talent profiles.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent in competitive markets.
- Drive consistent, structured recruiting processes that support equitable and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and engaging experience for all applicants.
- Conduct initial screens, present qualified shortlists, and facilitate interview debriefs.
- Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Leverage data and insights to influence hiring strategies and optimize pipeline health.
- Maintain ATS data integrity and support process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting Sales and/or GTM functions in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring leaders and influence decision-making.
- A passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences and maintaining Everbridge’s employer brand.
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Lever preferred) and recruitment technology tools.
