About the role

  • Maintain and manage a centralized Ever.Ag event marketing calendar
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend industry conferences, trade shows, and producer events
  • Assess event opportunities based on audience relevance, sponsorship value, logistics, and projected return on investment
  • Manage the full event lifecycle including planning, logistics, execution, and performance analysis
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to ensure event strategies align with pipeline generation and customer engagement goals
  • Represent Ever.Ag at industry events as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic ambassador
  • Identify and secure speaker opportunities for Ever.Ag experts
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and recommend investments
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop pre-event promotion strategies
  • Secure attendee lists to support BDR outreach
  • Lead the operational execution of events including booth design and setup
  • Manage vendor relationships and logistics
  • Prepare internal teams for events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events
  • Oversee booth operations and overall brand presence
  • Monitor event performance in real time
  • Produce detailed event performance summaries
  • Reconcile event budgets and analyze return on investment
  • Lead structured post-event debrief sessions
  • Continuously refine Ever.Ag’s event strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
  • Experience in the agriculture industry strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences, or large-scale marketing events
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional content development
  • Working knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, booth operations, and on-site coordination
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
