Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple concurrent customer onboarding projects, managing API-based configurations and data mapping using SQL and JSON to ensure seamless connectivity.
Develop and refine standardized setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they transition into production to improve efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate closely with customer teams and internal partners across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive project health.
Track and manage project status using agile methodologies (Kanban/Jira) to ensure a high-quality and timely customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience delivering functional or technical integrations, with hands-on expertise in iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft.
Strong command of SQL, JSON, and API server-to-server integrations; experience with tools like Postman, Workbench, or Metabase is highly preferred.
Proven ability to drive agile processes and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer management and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into clear outcomes for stakeholders.
