About the role
- Manage, launch, and measure direct mail campaigns, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with pipeline goals.
- Analyze direct mail performance to uncover actionable insights, optimize creative and targeting strategies, and forecast future campaign opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute targeted nurture programs that convert leads to opportunities, improving funnel performance at every stage of the customer journey.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, and direct mail, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact on pipeline generation.
- Own reporting and analytics for campaigns, providing granular performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives and align strategies with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, direct mail, or campaign management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for campaign optimization and innovation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sendoso) and CRM systems.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs, including inventory management for physical campaigns. Background in working with finance teams for budget alignment and cost management a plus.
- Experience in direct mail programs, including vendor management and testing creative strategies preferred.
