About the role
- Content Creation & Design: Build sleek, professional slide decks and sales collateral that our reps are proud to use.
- Maintain "Product Truth": Act as the guardian of our internal knowledge. When the product changes, you’re the first to update our guides and checklists; working hand in hand with our world class product team.
- Enablement Logistics: Help manage the day-to-day operations of our Sales and CS Bootcamps, ensuring every new hire has a world-class onboarding experience.
- Tactical Execution: Partner with leadership to update talk tracks, competitive battlecards (e.g., "EvenUp vs. Competition"), and qualification frameworks.
- AI Implementation: Experiment with and implement new AI tools to make our internal enablement processes 1% better every day.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Coachability: This is our #1 requirement. You’re someone who takes direction well, isn't afraid of feedback, and views every challenge as a learning opportunity.
- The "Builder" Mindset: You don't wait for a manual; you're excited to create one. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly when product features change.
- Design Eye: You have a knack for making information look good. Whether it’s Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides, you know how to build a deck that tells a story.
- Tech Savvy: You’re an early adopter of AI tools and are eager to find ways to use them to automate the "boring" parts of enablement.
- Mission Alignment: You’re genuinely motivated by the idea of helping injury victims get the settlements they deserve.
