About the role

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Science teams to support the development and launch of AI-powered features
  • Design, test, and refine the logic, prompts, and workflows that drive AI-generated insights
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Help define clear inputs, outputs, and dependencies across AI-driven workflows
  • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and internal guidance to support consistent execution
  • Identify operational risks, quality issues, or ambiguity early and work cross-functionally to resolve them
  • Act as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical, legal, and operational perspectives
  • Support client-facing teams by enabling scalable customization and troubleshooting complex issues when needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Legal Operations, Program Management, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • A bias toward building scalable, repeatable solutions rather than one-off fixes
  • Experience in personal injury law, litigation support, or case management (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting complex, data-heavy, or AI-powered products (nice to have)
  • Experience translating domain expertise into product requirements or workflows (nice to have)
  • Experience defining or validating structured data from unstructured inputs (nice to have)
