About the role

  • Design, test, and iterate AI prompts and rules that power case analysis and legal insights
  • Build and maintain a library of standardized AI playbooks for common personal injury use cases, with flexibility for jurisdictional differences and client needs
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and legal defensibility
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to improve model performance using structured feedback and quality reviews
  • Support customization requests for high-value clients, ensuring consistency and quality at scale
  • Identify ambiguity, quality gaps, or legal risk in AI-generated content before it reaches customers
  • Translate complex legal and medical concepts into clear guidance for non-legal teammates

Requirements

  • Professional experience in personal injury law, such as:
  • Demand drafting or case preparation
  • Litigation support or case management
  • Legal operations or legal review roles
  • Strong familiarity with:
  • Medical records and billing
  • Liability analysis
  • Damages narratives
  • Pre-litigation and litigation workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written judgment
  • Comfort evaluating ambiguous or conflicting information
  • Ability to clearly explain legal nuance to non-legal audiences
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience working with AI tools, prompt review, or quality assurance
  • Experience structuring or validating data extracted from unstructured documents
  • Prior experience in legal technology or SaaS environments
