About the role
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals.
- Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, GTM).
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and tools.
- Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel to inform search strategies.
- Represent the EvenUp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.
- Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience a plus)
- Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, Boolean/X-ray search)
- Strong research skills and a data-informed mindset
- Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills
- A bias for action, ownership, and delivering results
