About the role
- Own an revenue expansion quota for a seasoned Enterprise book of business
- Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events: post-onboarding check-in, business reviews, annual renewals, significant business activity (M&A, firm expansion, new markets)
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting
- Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their operational challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions
- Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings
- Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution for renewals and cross sales
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to your book, using creativity and strategic thinking to build long-term partnerships that fuel both customer success and EvenUp’s growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management); minimum 3 years working with customers
- Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $100k+ ACV new business or cross sales
- Experience managing a high-touch, Enterprise customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment
