About the role

  • Contacts prospected clients over the phone to generate appointments.
  • Handles inbound/outbound appointment scheduling duties.
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers who have been solicited.
  • Call potential customers and explain products or services and prices/answer questions from customers.
  • Record customers' pertinent information accurately on the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective customers by making outbound calls to initiate appointments.
  • Perform tasks with dedication, a positive attitude, and a persuasive speech.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Good active listening skills.
  • Confident and money motivated.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in an Appointment Setting or a similar role.
  • With at least 6 months of outbound and cold calling experience.
  • B2B sales experience is a PLUS but not required.
  • Client Relationship experience is a PLUS but not required.
  • Comfortable making cold calls.
  • Willing to work graveyard shifts.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented.
  • Have great Customer Service and a positive attitude.
  • Assertive, motivated to succeed, and self-starter.
  • Ability to multitask.
