Customer Support

• Understand the client’s event objectives and manage end-to-end execution via the Eventogy platform
• Build and maintain event websites tailored to each project
• Oversee attendee registration and communications through our integrated CRM tools
• Configure and manage live event engagement tools including polling, Q&A, messaging walls, and push notifications
• Produce detailed and customised reports using the Eventogy analytics suite

Scrum Master

• Getting tickets sprint-ready. You'll take what the PM hands over and turn it into something engineers can actually pick up — acceptance criteria done, edge cases flagged, dependencies surfaced. Tickets that aren't ready don't go in. You're the one holding that line.
• Running releases. The full release loop is yours: aligning internally, drafting release notes, working through the comms checklist. Nobody who needs to know what's shipping should be finding out after the fact.
• Juggling parallel streams. The roadmap is one workstream; there are usually several others running alongside it. You'll be the person tracking all of them, knowing what's at risk, what's blocked, what needs a nudge today versus what can wait until Friday and keeping it all visible without drowning the team in status updates.
• Migrating clients from V1 to V2. We're moving existing customers off our legacy platform onto V2, planning, sequencing, talking to clients, coordinating internally. It'll be one of the most visible pieces of work on your plate in your first year.
• Client integrations. SSO, video platforms, CRM hookups, whatever else clients throw at us. You won't write the code, but you'll own the timeline, sit between client IT and our engineers, and make sure things don't stall because a follow-up email never went out.
• ISO 27001 and compliance. We operate to ISO 27001 and you'll be hands-on with it, keeping controls and evidence in good order day to day, prepping for and running internal and external audits, and turning around client security questionnaires without it becoming a fire drill every time. Prior experience inside an ISO 27001 environment is a real plus; experience helping run or maintain certification even more so.
• Internal docs. Build and look after the documentation that stops knowledge walking out the door, how things work, what we decided, why we decided it.

Agile Delivery Manager – SaaS

• Take prototypes, epics and user stories from the PM and turn them into dev-ready tickets — acceptance criteria written, edge cases noted, dependencies flagged. Nothing enters the sprint until it's properly defined.
• Own the end-to-end release process — internal alignment, release notes, comms checklist. The right people should always know what's shipping before it ships.
• Build and maintain documentation that keeps institutional knowledge inside the team — how features work, what was decided and why.
• Coordinate the migration of existing clients from our legacy platform to V2 — planning, sequencing, client communication, internal coordination.
• Maintain working knowledge of our compliance and security posture — certifications, security questionnaires, onboarding requirements — so you can respond to queries without chasing others for answers.
• Manage the delivery of client integration projects — SSO, video platforms, CRM connections, and whatever else comes up. You'll own the timeline, the communication between client IT teams and our engineers, and making sure nothing stalls because someone dropped the ball on a follow-up.
