About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to professional event planners and marketers at large corporations and associations
Lead customer onboarding, strategy sessions, and relationship-building to drive adoption and value generation from EventMobi products
Guide customers through technical product training with an events-first mindset
Manage full-service event contracts end-to-end, overseeing multiple concurrent events with varying scopes, timelines, and complexity
Lead proactive project management across the entire event lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Product, AV, and Sales)
Monitor customer health and success metrics
Conduct regular customer touchpoints including strategy sessions and quarterly reviews
Maintain accurate account, project, and communication records in HubSpot and internal tools
Support live events as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional B2B events: conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or association events
Demonstrated experience using event technology — registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar is required
A genuine interest in technology and its impact on the events industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical event organizers
Top-notch organizational skills: you manage multiple projects simultaneously, document thoroughly, and follow through consistently
An empathetic, problem-solving mindset — you care about delivering great outcomes for your clients.
