About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations
Work with the Integration Services team to implement data and workflow integrations
Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions
Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for integrations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON)
Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems
Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar
Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized and able to function independently, managing priorities without close supervision
NICE TO HAVE: Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent)
