Key responsibilities & impact

Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations
Work directly with customers and internal teams
Design, build, and support API-based integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON)
Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems
Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar
Technical background comfortable reading API documentation and using automation tools
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized and able to function independently
