Sales Manager – Catering, Hospitality

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound sales and qualify incoming customer inquiries
- Prepare customized, persuasive proposals
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and closings
- Handover to Operations — clear and structured
- Proactively acquire corporate clients, trade show clients, large accounts and key accounts
- Independently build a client portfolio
- On-site appointments within approximately a 40 km radius around Munich
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Cross-selling and upselling
- Close collaboration with the management team
- Work in a KPI-driven way (conversion rates, closing rates, pipeline, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering
- You understand the difference between sending a proposal and closing the deal
- Structured working approach and a KPI-driven mindset
- Strong communicator — reliable and persuasive
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Enthusiasm to grow with a scaling company and make a meaningful contribution
