About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels.
  • Own brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts across landing pages, messaging, email flows, ads, and product experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling growth-focused campaigns and assets.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ad performance, and ROI.
  • Research customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Lead and evolve the growth marketing division by establishing priorities, processes, and performance standards.
  • Mentor and develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, SEO, or partnerships.
  • A master of conversion rate optimization, attribution, and funnel analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or event technology is a plus
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product.
  • Possesses a growth mindset & is hypothesis-driven.
  • Genuinely interested in the event industry and new technologies.
