Define and drive strategy for how attendees pay confidently and effortlessly, contributing to vision, strategy, and roadmap for Eventbrite’s payments ecosystem
Support initiatives that expand payment methods, optimize processing costs, reduce payment failures, and uphold security and compliance
Manage relationships with global payment service providers and partner on PSP integrations
Deeply understand needs of buyers and creators and translate insights into product opportunities
Identify and prioritize initiatives to improve conversion, lower processing costs, and minimize payment failures
Collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and finance to deliver end-to-end payments journey
Balance product experimentation, platform scaling, and technical investments; iterate quickly on near-term opportunities and contribute to long-term bets (new PSP integrations, infrastructure scalability)
Define clear goals and success metrics and drive execution with cross-functional teams
Play a high-impact role at the heart of the monetization journey, influencing global expansion and transaction optimization
Requirements
3-5 years of product management experience in consumer-facing products, ideally in ecommerce or marketplaces
Proven track record of contributing to impact in payments, PSP integrations, or transaction optimization
Exposure to global payment methods, fraud prevention, or financial infrastructure
Customer empathy and a user-first mindset, with experience leveraging research to guide decisions
Analytical and data-driven, with experience using metrics to inform priorities
Skilled at collaborating across disciplines and navigating technical and regulatory complexity
Clear communicator who can articulate vision, strategy, and rationale to stakeholders
Ability to contribute to and support cross-functional teams with focus and alignment
Bonus: Experience working with PSPs, acquirers, or fraud prevention platforms
Bonus: Familiarity with payments compliance and regulatory environments (PCI, PSD2, 3DS etc.)
Bonus: Experience helping optimize margins and payment costs at scale
Bonus: Background working on experimentation platforms or running A/B tests at scale
