Requirements

5+ years of product design experience (with minimum 2+ on mobile apps)
a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual craft across mobile and web applications
a proven ability to take ownership from concept to delivery
deep understanding of user-centered design principles
experience shaping and evolving design systems
strong grasp of native iOS and Android design standards
skilled at cross-functional collaboration
a track record of mentoring and elevating other designers
excellent communication and storytelling skills
