About the role
- Own net-new revenue for the EMEA region
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline across EMEA
- Prioritize outbound sequences into hotel groups, owners, RDOS, and GMs
- Identify expansion potential early and drive land-and-expand motions
- Run full-cycle SaaS sales: discovery, demo, solution mapping, commercial review, negotiation
- Deliver business-case-focused demos that tie outcomes to revenue, cost, and productivity
- Maintain 10-15 active opportunities at various stages
- Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and territory planning with discipline
- Represent Event Temple with owners and management groups across Europe
- Join select industry events and partner meetings to accelerate pipeline
- Travel up to one week per month to advance key deals, generate pipeline, and support rollouts
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience with consistent net-new wins
- Hospitality or travel-tech experience is an advantage, but strong SaaS hunters succeed here
- Comfort selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch and drive outbound-led motions
- English fluency required; proficiency in Dutch or German is preferred
- Ability to travel across Europe
- Comfortable operating as a remote contractor
- High personal accountability and a strong closer mentality
