Key responsibilities & impact

Build, ship, and maintain features for Eve’s core product
Collaborate with the team to understand user needs, define features, and decide implementation strategies
Own backend systems or user-facing experiences end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Collaborate across frontend, backend, ML, design, and product teams
Design and build AI-native solutions for law firm operations
Ship rapidly and continuously iterate based on user feedback
Engage directly with customers to solve problems and innovate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of building incredible products
Strong depth in a primary area of front-end or back-end engineering
Front-end expertise building intuitive, polished user experiences, or back-end expertise in distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs
Full-stack versatility is an added advantage
Experience or strong interest in building with AI
Desire to create production applications using AI
Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on real-world usage
Collaborative and autonomous working style
