Build the platform foundation for AI-native legal work: Own the job framework, data platform, ingestion systems, and retrieval infrastructure that power Eve’s AI workflows, including OCR, transcription, structured extraction, vector stores, search, and scalable document processing.
Drive product and technical strategy: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, customer-loved products.
Hire and develop world-class talent: Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineers and managers. Foster a culture where speed and quality coexist.
Scale engineering at startup speed: Lead multiple high-performing teams building Eve's most critical systems.

Requirements
