Requirements

  • Product Ownership: You have a proven track record of building incredible products and thrive in environments where you’re the primary decision-maker for your projects.\n
  • Full-Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs. You’re strongest on back-end systems, but not willing to step into front-end work when needed.\n
  • AI Enthusiasm: Experience or strong interest in building with AI and a desire to gain more experience creating production applications using AI.\n
  • Speed and Efficiency: You value shipping quickly and iterating based on real-world usage.\n
  • Collaboration and Autonomy: You enjoy working collaboratively but are also highly effective when working independently.
