About the role
- - Own end-to-end recruiting for highly technical engineering roles, with a primary focus on Staff level full-stack product engineers.

Requirements
- - 5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring senior level full-stack software engineers.
- - 2+ years of experience recruiting in a high-growth startup environment.
- - Proven ability to partner directly with technical and engineering leadership as a trusted advisor.
- - Strong sourcing capabilities and an established network within elite engineering talent communities.
- - Strategic and operational mindset, with experience building scalable systems, playbooks, and processes in fast-moving environments.
- - Comfortable embedding within engineering teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
