Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for logistics platforms and tools
Translate complex transportation and supply chain workflows into intuitive UI/UX solutions
Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver features
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and consistency
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
Ensure UI aligns with business needs such as load tracking, carrier management, pricing tools, and reporting dashboards
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback (internal teams and customers)
Maintain and improve design systems and UI standards
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5+ years of experience in front-end or UI development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend systems
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
